Privacy policy

At NUTRIVIVE we handle your personal data transparently. This page explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and for what purpose

The site is currently in an informational phase: it does not include contracting forms or direct sales. The only personal data processing we carry out is:

• Contact email: if you write to us at hola@nutrivive.com, we process your email address, your name (if you include it), and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. This is sent directly from your own email client (a "mailto" link); the website does not store or process that message on any server of ours.
• Web analytics: we use our own self-hosted analytics service (Umami, hosted at analytics.nutri-vive.com), which records aggregated, anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, approximate country, device type, referring page). This service does not use cookies, does not assign persistent identifiers to visitors, and does not allow re-identifying a specific person. We do not share this data with third parties or other companies.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your email when you write to us is your own consent, given by initiating the communication (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Aggregated analytics rely on the legitimate interest of MDINFINITY COMPANY S.L. in understanding how the site is used in order to improve it (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), an interest that does not override your rights since it does not involve individual identification.

4. Retention period

Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, where applicable, for the additional period required by applicable legal obligations. Aggregated analytics data is kept according to Umami's retention settings, for statistical purposes only.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. The site and the analytics service are hosted on our own server located in the European Union (OVHcloud, Gravelines data center, France), so no international transfers of data take place outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to hola@nutrivive.com or by post to the address listed in section 1, attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process, including encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS), our own server with restricted access, and active protections against unauthorized access.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, especially when the site adds new features (for example, online sales in a future phase). Any relevant change will be reflected on this same page.
