Protein Bars
Our protein bars are designed as a practical snack between meals or after training, combining a solid protein content with a texture built for everyday life.
What is it?
The Protein+ line: 50 g bars formulated to deliver protein conveniently, with no preparation or refrigeration needed — the everyday line of the range.
How to use it
Ready to eat any time — mid-morning, mid-afternoon, or right after training. They don't replace a full meal.
General benefits
Between 12.8 g and 30 g of protein per serving depending on variant
Prebiotic fiber across the whole range, for digestion and between-meal satiety
Two variants with sugar and two with sweetener — choose based on what you're after
Ready-to-eat format, no preparation or refrigeration
Main ingredients
Prebiotic fiber (oligofructose and inulin): fermentable fibers that feed the gut microbiota — they help support digestion and the feeling of fullness between meals.
Available flavors
Each bar unfolds its full profile: description, benefits and the science behind it.
-
Dark Chocolate Brownie 50 g bar
The classic that never fails. Dense, moist texture of a real brownie, intense cocoa and that hint of toasted almond that gives it bite. No unusual sweeteners: good old-fashioned sugar for sweetness, at least 60% cocoa.
Benefits
- 12.8 g of protein per bar — a serving that genuinely adds to your daily intake.
- 6.3 g of fiber per bar, thanks to plant fiber (oligofructose + inulin).
- At least 60% cocoa — more real cocoa, less filler.
- Toasted almond — quality fat and the crunch that breaks up the fudgy texture.
The science
- Combined protein (calcium caseinate + soy isolate): casein digests slowly while soy is absorbed faster — a more sustained amino acid release over time, useful post-workout or at any point in the day.
- Prebiotic fiber (oligofructose and inulin): serves as a substrate for the gut microbiota, associated with better digestive regularity and satiety.
- Cocoa flavonoids: high-content cocoa is rich in flavonoids, polyphenolic compounds characteristic of cocoa.
- Fats from almonds: mostly unsaturated, plus vitamin E.
-
Coconut with Milk Chocolate 50 g bar
A treat with a round trip back to the gym. Shredded coconut and milk chocolate, made for those who prefer a softer sweetness over intense cocoa, without giving up the protein content.
Benefits
- 12.8 g of protein per bar, the same solid protein base as the rest of the line.
- 5.2 g of fiber per bar via prebiotic plant fiber.
- Real shredded coconut, not just flavoring — adds texture and a different fat profile.
- Milder, less bitter taste than the dark chocolate variants.
The science
- Combined protein (calcium caseinate + soy isolate): same sustained-release profile as the Brownie variant.
- Shredded coconut — medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs): the body metabolizes them as a quick energy source rather than storing them — hence its slightly higher saturated fat content (4.3 g per bar).
- Prebiotic fiber (oligofructose and inulin): same role in digestive transit and satiety.
-
Red Berries and White Chocolate 50 g bar · With sweetener
The fruity, tangy variant of the range: freeze-dried raspberry, strawberry and blueberry over a white chocolate base. Formulated with sweeteners instead of sugar, for anyone who wants to keep their dietary sugar in check without giving up something sweet.
Benefits
- 15.05 g of protein per bar — the highest protein content in the whole bar range.
- 10.25 g of fiber per bar, also the highest value in the line.
- 4.1 g of sugars per bar, noticeably lower than the sugar-sweetened variants, thanks to the sweeteners.
- Real freeze-dried fruit — intense, tangy flavor without relying solely on flavoring.
The science
- Milk protein as the sole base: a complete amino acid profile, with good leucine content.
- Sweeteners (maltitol, erythritol, acesulfame potassium): polyols that provide fewer calories per gram than sugar and have a smaller impact on blood glucose.
- Freeze-dried fruit: the process better preserves vitamin C and polyphenols than conventional drying.
-
Cheesecake and Strawberry 50 g bar · With sweetener
The classic dessert turned into a bar: candied strawberry over a white chocolate base, aiming for that sweet, creamy cheesecake profile without relying on sugar as the main source of sweetness.
Benefits
- 15.0 g of protein per bar (30 g/100 g) — among the highest in the range.
- 10.1 g of fiber per bar.
- 4.2 g of sugars per bar, notably lower than the sugar-sweetened variants.
- Real candied strawberry as an ingredient, not just flavoring.
The science
- Milk protein as the sole base: same profile as the Red Berries variant, with good leucine content.
- Sweeteners (maltitol, erythritol, acesulfame potassium): same mechanism as in the Red Berries variant.
- Strawberry candied in fructose: provides real fruit flavor; fructose has a lower glycemic index than glucose.
